Members of Bright Invention Ensemble and our Professional Teaching Artists are available for a variety of types of private coaching, from auditions to accents, public presentations to community facilitation.

Coaches cost $50 per hour, billed by the hour.

Benjamin Lloyd has an M.F.A. from The Yale School of Drama, and over twenty years teaching acting, audition technique, Shakespeare, comic acting, characterization and other forms of performance to all ages. Ben is available to work with you at the White Pines Place in Elkins Park on film or theater auditions, monolgues for auditions, public speaking for non-actors and social anxiety strategies for professionals. 


Katherine Perry is a vibrant teaching artist, actor, and improviser. She graduated from Lehigh University with Honors in 2010 as a BA in both Theatre, and Psychology. She also has studied Shakespeare at numerous institutions including in Oxford, England with the British American Drama Academy. Katherine has experience with ages spanning from K-12th grade, college-level, and adult students. She is located in Philadelphia and could work with you or your child at the White Pines Place in Elkins Park, in Philadelphia, or at your home (additional travel fee may apply). Katherine specializes in audition-preparation for high school and college students, interview preparation, public speaking, scene study, song interpretation, and voice study.
